Four in a row.

Consistency, recognized.

A school scholarship for four consecutive semesters. A reminder to keep showing up, and keep growing.

Small chip.
Big questions.

What happens when heat meets possibility? Exploring how physics becomes something we can design and build.

FEATURED RESEARCH

The thermoelectric
chipset project.

As part of a thermoelectric chipset research team, I’m exploring the space between heat, electricity, and materials—through research, design, and fabrication.

A NOTE FROM GIA TU

Still learning.
Always curious.

I’m a student at HUS High School for Gifted Students, where I’ve been learning since 2024. I’m drawn to electrical and mechanical engineering—and especially to the questions that help me develop my scientific abilities.

I like to understand how things work, adapt to unfamiliar environments, and follow a question until it leads somewhere new. This portfolio is a record of that journey. There’s a lot more I hope to build.

FEATURED RESEARCH

The thermoelectric
chipset project.

My role: research team member

As a member of a team working on thermoelectric chipset research, design, and fabrication, I’m connecting my interest in physics with hands-on engineering.

Research

Exploring thermoelectric concepts at the intersection of heat, electricity, and materials.

Design

Using COMSOL Multiphysics to help design a thermoelectric chipset as part of a research team.

Fabrication

Taking part in the fabrication process and connecting scientific ideas with a physical component.
